Generally, if the order has been submitted and paid, no refunds will be accepted. If you find any problems with the goods, please provide the order number, registered name and phone number to drvhk-info@eternal.hk or at (852) 3106 0323 within 7 working days from the date of receipt and we will follow up for you as soon as possible.

What to do if the product received is not the same with the ordered after takeout /delivery?

Reception of the Order

The customer is responsible for verifying the delivery address of his/her order and its contents upon its arrival.
The customer must also write down any concerns or issues on the delivery notification if the package appears to have been opened, damaged or suffered any other mishandling. If the ordered items are damaged, do not accept the package, explaining clearly why. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your package with details of your complaint. Signature without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as is and  cannot be held liable for any incidental damage from shipping and transportation.
